New business support for Horse and Soul
The Brief
Heather came to us ahead of starting her new business as an Equine Massage Therapist. Having worked with horses for many years, she was in the final stages of completing an accredited training programme and wanted her new business ready to launch once her certification was complete.
We began with the branding and colour scheme, produced flyers and designed a simple one page website.
Glendrian Creative was recommended to me when I was looking to design a website for my new business.

Branding
Heather took advantage of our Branding Package to have a bespoke logo created in her signature colours of blue and purple. With lots of input from Heather, we created an elegant heart with a stylised horse head forming one half.
We explored a number of font choices and paired two fonts together, with a little customisation on the H to suggest a cross-rail jump.
We were able to come up with several options for pairing the logo and text together which can be used in different contexts.
Rack Leaflet
Our first job was to create a flyer for Heather to hand out to potential clients to publicise her business.
We helped Heather to write the copy, spelling out the benefits of her services, building trust with details of her qualifications and including lots of ways to get in touch and book a consultation.
Website
As a brand new business, Heather wanted a simple website, effectively an online version of her leaflet. To keep costs down, we created a simple site with all the information on the one page.
The main menu at the top of the page links to different sections throughout the page.
We made use of royalty free stock images on the website, treated with a purple overlay to create uniformity throughout. Full width images are used throughout as section dividers and the curve on the header at the top is balanced with an opposite curve on the footer at the bottom.
We chose a pale taupe for the background to warm up the blues and purples and included testimonials on a brighter background to stand out.
As always we do extensive testing to make sure our websites look good across a wide range of devices and double check how the layout of each page is affected on a smaller screen.
